ANSWER
In order for a client to access the 501tech QuickBooks hosting service, they must provide the following:
· Licensing to Intuit QuickBooks Premier version 2018 or later, 3 user license available through TechSoup for $125.
· Licensing to Microsoft Office 2016 Standard or Pro version 2016 or later. This must be a perpetual use license rather than a subscription license available through for-pay Office365 plans (E3 or E5).
· Client end user devices must be Windows based rather than Mac or Chrome based.
· Client must provide 501tech with admin rights to end user devices which will access their hosted QuickBooks so that the VPN client can be loaded. If the client does not have admin rights access, they will need to work with their IT support provider to get this information.
